Today, 16 June 2023 BOL held a highly productive Lekgotla meeting at BOL headquarters, with other sites joining online, bringing together all our incredible employees for a comprehensive business briefing session.
The theme for this special occasion was carefully chosen to honor the Day of The African Child and emphasize the importance of education. It served as a reminder of our commitment to nurturing talent, continuous learning and improvement, and providing opportunities for growth within our organisation.
Coinciding with the Day of The African Child, our Lekgotla meeting embraced the theme of "Back to School." We encouraged our employees to re-live their school days by donning school uniforms. The sight of our team members dressed in their school attire was truly heartwarming.
